Processing Times

ALL Orders are shipped from Houston, TX, USA
Most items take 3-5 Business Days to process before it's shipped. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies based on quantity and on custom orders. For more details use the Contact Us page.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Exchanges & Returns


We gladly accept returns for a full refund if applicable. We do not do exchanges due to inventory changes and availability.
  • Contact us within: 10 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery
  • Please return the item(s) by paying for a new label via USPS with tracking and ship it back to us in Mint Condition.
  • FILL OUT THIS FORM and put it inside the packaging.

      3. Reason for Return
      If you do not USE THE FORM or put your NAME & ORDER NUMBER INSIDE THE PACKAGE it may result in a delay or not receiving your refund!
        • Once we receive it we will send you back the item(s) refund once it’s approved.
          • We don't accept order cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
          • Please allow up to 7 Business Days to receive your refund notification.
          • Refunds take anywhere from 5-10 days to go back to your card. This time frame varies with different banks/card companies. Please call your card provider to get more accurate details regarding refunds.
          The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
          • Custom or personalized orders
          • Items on sale
          Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
